the Little Gardener has a lot of heart!

Never criticize a gardener efforts.

Per my father who grew up on a farm: “A weed is a plant out of place.” Examples: a corn plant is a weed in a soybean field . A soybean plant is a weed in a corn field.

First time Charley showed guts…….yay!!

The little gardener sometimes displays his temper.

Charley must be a pretty tough guy to “A-Pea’s.”

Never criticize a gardener’s garden unless you have worked in THEIR garden pulling weeds, helped them plant it, worked beside them to thin the plants. Only when you have actively worked with them, do you have any right to criticize. And at that point, you probably won’t!

One tomato plant is too many – unless it produces (ha!) marinara sauce on the vine.

Add some onions and butter to the peas and they won’t be so bland.
