Of course you don’t have to read all that. the gist , which is gathered by reading the first panel and the last, is that she obviously is inundated with labels in her shopping experience.Lynn is obligated to stretch a three panel gag to fill six panels for Sunday.

Like lindz.coop said yesterday TMI and TMC. When I was a kidling, Dad and I did the grocery shopping at a local (non-megamart) store and then hit the farm stands in town. Cathy would love that — healthy and fewer, smarter choices.
Morning all. It appears friend Aaron was up around 1:00. I talked to him this a.m. He was actually up until nearly 3:00. A couple days worth of rain is messing with his new hip. Sigh.

Sat. morning Farmer’s markets are the best, with local produce. Love to wander and pick out the freshest food around.

I always read “saturday fat” at the second last panel. Just wondered what that might be. Probably food you eat at the movies?!

I agree with Aaron… Choose the most natural foods, and if you have to buy something processed, choose the one with the least number of ingredients in it (or at least make them ingredients that you know what they are).Hello Aaron, Susan, Billy, KFG, rgcviper, lindz.coop, hendelca, Mona, serenasakitty, kittycatpawsare, gmforde, soonergal, lippyfish, Mai Tai, Willi Nilli, mollie, AnonaMona, Bronzepony, simpsonfan2, Hobbes and all the other Cathy nuts rolling around here today!(Send the rain to everywhere else in the country, Aaron… we all need it and it should help you get some rest!! Hugs!)

Susan the “control” + tip works, but since you’re on an Apple laptop, you need to use the command (or cmd) key.
Hold down the command (or cmd) keyTap the + key one or more times — this will zoom in the web pageHold down the command (or cmd) keyTap the – key one or more times to zoom out
I use that often because I’m on my laptop here in NH.

Hi Cathyites!! I was up with all the earlybirds, but didn’t feel much like posting. I was attacked by a bat in my bathroom last night — luckily didn’t get bitten. My husband got that bat and another one hanging around in the kitchen. This isn’t the first time we’ve had them — they seem to come in thru the attic somehow, but it is the first time one has ever attacked me. It’s been PTSD today (tho I know that doesn’t kick in for another 4 weeks cuz I took that exam last week and I know all that stuff).
Sorry your hip is hurting Aaron — does Aspercreme work? I put it right on the spots that hurt (all dancers have plenty of them) and it seems to help. Hope the sun comes out and you can stop hurting tomorrow.
And yes, as lightenup and others have said — Farmer’s Markets are the best — we hit 2 of them every Saturday.
