Joke. Global warming has raised sea level by several meters and we hear mayors talking about it as they see a fish swim by.

Mayor of New York: “Oh my god, my office is under WATER!”

Mayor of Los Angeles: “Dios mio, my office is DROWNING!”

Mayor of New Orleans: “Gracious, it sure is humid today!”
