AI – I have an accounting client who is in her 80s and does not use a computer at all. So anything related to her business which has been done online I have to deal with for her.
She was billed by her credit card processing company for a fee which we thought we straightened out and got rid of last year – which involves her using a computer. This year she called and said she was billed again. Having learned last year that getting a live person is next to impossible, I used their online contact. It worked very well though took a lot of back and forth over several days(especially since client had to mail me something USPS that I needed). Around the third day while posting back it occurred to me, based on the fact that my answer had to be written in a specific spot in the email received by me, that it might be AI and not a person I was conversing with. Finally got it resolved either way.
