Nate is very annoying right now

You all ever wonder when daphne will break up with nate? Or will they ever?

Okay… This is weird. Is that it? All that build up for the usual “eye roll at nate”?

6\10, I mean, I’m happy this didn’t lead to a break up arc and stuff but the insecurity could have made a good character exploration and the ending could have been way softer. Sure it’s an affectionate eye roll but still. Just feels a lil pointless. Fake drama, really, and not even a subversion of the previous ‘Worried jealous Nate moments’. These two weeks had their moments but I wish we got to see more variety than affectionate eye rolls. Show how she affects him and vice versa! The lab success was a good start, and some parts of the book store worked too but still, Peirce, you can do mire than the usual schtick. We know that considering the poem.

Doubt this carries on next week, but if it does, please branch out Peirce.

….ya gotta admit, the girl’s GOT this: somebody, FINALLY, who can cruise the minefield of Nate’s narcissism and can handle him……..could this be too good to be true?……….(next thing y’know, they’ll all return to school in September and be in (drum roll please!) SEVENTH grade!……..

Do you think the last ever big Nate strip will be him graduating into 7th grade? That would be kinda cool

There was actually a kid on my soccer team who was named Oskar, and he lived in France and came to the USA for the exchange student thing, and he stayed for a bit and moved back this summer. This is pretty ironic
