So he’s not a hypoallergenic pet. Is that why his name is “Danders”?

I can’t assert encyclopedic knowledge – or any knowledge, really – but offhand this is the only time I can remember Alice actually understanding Mr. Danders and trying to do something to make HIM comfortable.

I knew it was time to vacuum when my hardwood floors started to look like shag carpeting.

Since when can Alice hear him?

Of course. Nature abhors a vacuum.

Ooooh too funny! I remember the days when we had the resident pig for the weekend….the first thing it did was bite my daughters finger…..

What an exciting life living in a cage barely big enough to turn around and no running wheel…

I notice the cage is trailing bits of, umm, fluff.

Did the woman get his danders up?

Gotta admire the Truthiness of panel 3, in which Alice blurts out the embarrassing fact that Mrs. Otterloop (nor any other member of the family) ever vacuums!

Danders is a “story-teller,” and not in a good sense….
