Things would feel better if people quit making up things to complain about.

One of our two major political parties believes that treason is acceptable as long as the traitor has an “R” after his name.

The truth is that the economy, by most measures, is doing pretty well. Unemployment is even lower than the level Trump took credit for. The inflation caused by Putin’s war and supply-chain interruptions is abating, and for the first time recently pay increases outpaced inflation. And a lot of people see themselves as doing pretty well. But we have these doomsayers who want to paint the US as somehow “failing…” This causes a perception that things are not as good as they actually are.

Hysterical lying republicans don’t want to give us a minute of peace.

Economy good for who ?? High inflation and energy numbers are still relevant . Fighting a proxy war doesn’t feel like peace .

We’ve been trained, through advertising, to be unhappy unless we buy the next panacea for happiness.

By economy, we are doing well. Sadly, because of more guns, weaker gun laws in many states, we are not doing as well feeling, and perhaps, being safe.
