My left knee DOES bend more than one way.It literally is a PAIN.

If they do, don’t. It turns out that bending your joints the wrong way can cause damage to the tendons. If I knew to always slightly bend my knees I might not have as much pain now.

Be grateful they don’t bend both ways, Rory.
