Yes! We started on Sat night, hearing the snap-crackle-pop of illegal fireworks. And the nearby baseball stadium had fireworks after their Sun’ night game. Can’t wait for tonight! (Heavy sarcasm.) Tomorrow will be non-stop as soon as it gets dusky enough & it will go on til after midnight!!!
The randomness of the neighborhood fireworks is what’s the most frustrating. I automatically flinch with every unexpected “boom.” Sometimes I wish I had a furry tail so I could POOF like Pippin!

It’s not a good time for pets.
I hate it as well.

Boom Time started over a week ago and will hang around for another week!
I love fireworks but I hate how they scare the pets.

Boom time around here started on Friday and went on until well past midnight on the 4th.
My little female cat, Morgana, took refuge under the bed. Grim, the male, stayed close to me, and kept looking at me like: "Can’t you make it STOP?
Would that I could kitty, would that I could.
