I wonder if there really is/are a comic book store like this somewhere, and if it’s profitable enough to stay in business.

Is she talking to a six foot replica, or is some dude really dressed in a screen accurate Deadpool costume in the Komix store?

Don’t sweat it. They don’t get many ladies in there. No one is listening to her talk!

Anybody else following Star Trek Strange New Worlds? Looking forward to tomorrows episode? Should be fun! The writers are re-creating old tropes with a different angle and writing some newer themes as well. I’m geeking out!

How would Jfff know anything about deadpool if he prefers Silver Age comics?

Forgive her not… her smirk in the third panel makes it clear she knows EXACTLY who “Deadpool” is, and the difference between that character and Spider-Man. She’s just making a point of embarrassing Jff in front of a higher ranking komix geek.
