My wife once baked a roadkill hedgehog cake, with its red “guts” spilling out all over. It was for a friend who said she liked hedgehogs. I have to admit, it looked very realistic.
I know, right. I subscribe to a chef on YouTube and he says “It’s so simple a child could do it”. Well, I’ll have to get child to do it because I flopped on several recipes. Now I just watch him for the cooking tips he also shares. (Plus, he’s funny as heck.)

Oddly, this reminded me of a website called cake wrecks. OK, it made me look, and it’s still there. cakewrecksdotcom replace the dot with .
