What’s with the white out?

Looks like there maybe was crud on the scanner plate.

Looks like this little fantasy is fading. Disney is only as “woke” as it’s Fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders require it to be. Big surprise, serving everyone brings in more custom.

Disney has no “financial woes”, that’s just silly.

“woke”, much like ‘politically correct’, is simply showing consideration for your fellow American. conservatives try to demonize those terms. Do conservatives oppose showing consideration, or just oppose Americans?

When other comic strip images are missing or messed up I tap the “Buy a print of this comic” just to see the correct image. But that’s missing on this one.

Woes? Maybe among the knuckle-dragging, drooling, sheet-wearing magas. Disney’s problem might be where to spend their planned $17 Billion for property development over the next decade now that they have tabled any thought of spending that in Floriduh. And the near term $1 Billion for new buildings and 2,000 jobs there as well. Employees who would be moving there, and spending money in local businesses and paying taxes, have said that they would rather not. The policies instituted and being discussed in the state legislatures of the old confederacy and some border states and Indiana and Ohio are causing another great migration. But that’s ok, because when the immigrants leave the fields, the 8th graders will be able to take over in those states that follow Arkansas’ lead.

My theory on the “white-out theory” of the image: Whoever last used the scanner had fresh/wet white-out on their paper, which left white-out on the scanner glass, but whoever scanned the comic failed to notice it before (or after!) scanning.

Or maybe it was intentional, in hopes of trying to get some comments that weren’t political into the mix here.

Go woke, go broke. The irony is that these companies do it thinking that they will make more money. No common sense …..

Poor quality control. Along with and except for stupid, stupid censorship programs, poor grammar, writing that is too small to read in some strips and lack of considered response to customer complaints there’s nothing gwrong with Gocomics
