    Though, of course, some people have shown that they are far more productive working from home. Probably the best solution is to have those who need to be in the office be there, and those who work best from home be there. Or bring everyone in once a week (or month) just because.

    I thought there were some companies that were going to remain remote, but they all seem to forcing people back into the office at least part time.

    That first idea is really dumb. Anyone who doesn’t show up doesn’t know the sign’s even there.

    The real problem with remote work? Managers have to actually work… Not just buzz around from cubical to cubical interrupting work flow, strutting their egos and annoying the hell out of the employees and call it work.

    From what I’ve recently read, many stock & pension plans are heavily invested in real estate. Now, with WFH, many office buildings are going empty and those big bosses bonuses and pensions are seeing a hit. Follow the money.
