Her heart’s in the right place.

Like campers at Yosemite bothering wildlife despite rules not to. Sometimes the wildlife suffers, sometimes the idiot campers do. SOME dumb lady got gored by a buffalo there recently. Got too close to shoot pics, then got “poked” when she turned to walk away.

Fearing the campers more than the bear?

I snorted like a bear at the last panel!

Ah, reminds me of the old Batman TV show. “There’s a dozen of them and two of us!” “I know, it’s not a fair fight, but it’s not our fault they didn’t bring more.”

Fancy that. A wild animal. In a forest. What changed?

Guess they don’t want to traumatize those campers.
