When in New Orleans, early 90’s, went to a French restaurant and my friend ordered an old expensive bottle of wine, which came in its own crate.

One sip and I almost barfed. Horrible, white wine. Never again!

Want some wine with that cheese? ….where’s the crackers? Choose wisely!

I must have a touch of the dyslexia… I thought it said Cheesy Wine Day…

… soooo, I got nuthin’!

That bottle must be vinegar by now. I’d go for the cheese and make a nice fondue.

Cheese and alcohol – I bet Wisconsonites would really struggle with this decision. (I say that as a fellow Midwesterner, a neighbor to their neighbor, and as someone who has a friend from Milwaukee whose chops I like to bust vis-a-vis our friendly banter over which state is better.)
