In my last place of employment, I didn’t bothered to remember a new hire’s name until they they had worked there for at least at year because of the high turnover rate.
Steve should have looked at last year’s yearbook instead.
I have a terrible memory for both faces and names. I have had people I regularly work with greet me in a store and not been able to recall who they were. And let’s not even get started on the people I knew in high school.
