I didn’t like the punchline, but Janet Planet is worth the price of admission. (The name, not the singer. Didn’t know there was such a singer before I just looked her up.)
I love Kale for two very distinct reasons. One, it tastes good, especially in salads or whenever a recipe calls for wilted greens such as spinach and secondly because the MIL is a broccoli fanatic who pushes broccoli on everyone at the table, because it is so healthy. Kale far outweighs broccoli on the health scale so she grits her teeth and eats kale at our house, because it is so healthy.
