Yeah, spend more time?

Could Baldo work some overtime and get a car that works?

Some days it takes all the running I can do to stay in the same place.

It’s gonna take money, a whole lot of spending money.

Well, at least Baldo’s working in a mechanic shop so I’m sure whatever parts he’s going to need, he and his boss will get them at discount prices.

And then he can drive it “To infinity — and beyond!”

I know that in comic book world thing seldom change. Still, I wish the rehab of this wreck would proceed if only slightly

Longer than forever………

Until the twelfth of never, and that’s a long long time .

Cruz should be helping, not just sitting playing with his phone!

Look, I know this is a comic, and not real. If it’s not, “Jumping the shark,” I’d like/love to see Baldo make progress on restoring his Chevy. Not sure how that can be made humorous, but …

Again, yeah, Baldo is a comic character, but I want him to succeed.

And, yes, my connection to ‘normal’ reality is tenuous.

i thought that the car was a metaphor for life and as a teenager he should be working on it steadily (he is) and making solid progress (again he is). he has a clear view of what he wants and is willing to put in the work to do it, i wish that all of us folks would follow his example and also remember that true change does not occur overnight … well, unless you are a fictional character.
