I’m confused. Why are two wolves wearing disguises to meet each other?

It turned out that all the other sheep were also just wolves in sheep’s clothing. And the wolves were sheep disguised as wolves.

Tried to use one of my numerous sheep clothings, but always “fell” asleep in a (camou)flash…

I hope no shepherds were harmed in the making of this strip.
