Years ago, we had a cat that would scrunch her body and sit on my mouse pad. She would get her amusement from batting around the computer mouse. It got annoying after a while and the mouse ball (optical mice had just come out) kept getting full of cat hair.

My big black tomcat likes to sit on the keyboard. He doesn’t bother the mouse.

Lately my cat has been editing my typing. She thinks I need more Z’s, Spaces, and Returns. The Mouse is just something to be jealous of… because it gets more skritches.

Good thing it’s a wired mouse, Grimmy can retrieve it…
