Putin is a SAVVY genius. He was identified as such by The Stable Genius (who could end the war in 24 hours), a.k.a. The Best Negotiator In Human History.
This is utter garbage. Russia fulfilled their commitments, but the other side flat out did not. Plus most of the grain was ending up in Europe, not those nations that really needed it. So if you’re concerned about starvation, talk to Europe. And Ukraine.
Russia should have cancelled the agreement some time ago. If they had, the Kerch bridge may not have been damaged – again.

War criminal even before he started the war.

I’m not convinced he’s actually trying to win. I think he’s into the punishment for its own sake.

Just like the Romanovs, Putin is finding that it is dangerous being Tsar of all the Russians. Very few died naturally.

Putain is making Russia a pariah. Principled Russians need to deal with him. Capturing him to stand trial in the World Court might be preferable.

Now, how can Ted Rall blame the U.S. for this one?

Is Putin pursuing a legacy of inhumane cruelty greater than Stalin’s?

And Trump and the Republicans are supporting Putin. How cool is that?

Putin likes the Stalinist way, and Ukrainians aren’t unaware of the famine he created there in the 30s
