Different attitudes on life?

I just don’t understand going back to school before Labor Day, especially this early.

Schools in Texas are already in session the last of them Grapevine/Bedford/Dallas metro start next Tuesday.

Florida starts tomorrow. Illinois next week. Of course you could live in Arizona where it’s year-round

Hmmmmmm, favoritism!

Up here in Ontario, we don’t start until after Labour Day.

Attitude is critical.

Gracie enjoys school because she can still play with all her friends and still play her imaginary child games.

I think they start next week here also.

I always liked being in school MUCH better than the summer. (Except the waking up early part – I am, like my dad, a night person – right now 2:36 am and I am on my computer, and having late night snack with husband – an extremely understanding person – while reading and posting on go comics.)

Vacation was boring – nothing to do. School was fun – always something new to do and to learn. When I was in college I actually went both summers and graduated a year early, then did same in grad school (except the graduating part).
