Don’t expect a lot of comments from Republicans.

They all believe DeSantis and believe in him. They just don’t want him replacing Their Messiah.

Look they’re getting a free luxury sea voyage. And the man is willing to teach them a trade. Must be the happiness day of their life.

DeSantis says it was his hand picked education committee who came up with this idea and not him. He did defend the idea however. And he pointed out the accomplishments of several free black men in early America. He really doesn’t get it!

Ohh… it was just a jobs program. A sort of trade school, if you will. :-\

These so-called learning new skills was to teach one thing. Serve your master!

DeSantis, who seems to be dumb as a box of rocks, is a terrible politician and miserable candidate. Maybe he should learn new skills in the same manner.

This is a drawing that immediately triggers my fight reflex. Disgusting RWNJ acting like slaves were on internships is appalling, disrespectful, and absolutely infuriating. But I guess expecting intelligence from idiots is my fault.

Weirdly many of them do not lack intelligence, but they all certainly lack common sense and compassion. They are frightened and miserable people looking to make everyone else feel the same way.

This reminds me that cartoonists are also artists. This is so realistic that I get a visceral response to it. It makes me want to hate these “Republicans”, but answering hate with hate allows them to win.

This cartoon should have a 100 hearts. Unfortunately, I can only give one.

The “lucky” ones survived the “middle passage” from western Africa to the New World. Many others died during those voyages.

It was/is a cruelty that has been occurring throughout the ages.
