Because Slipshod I fell apart.

Ahh yes. Summer at the beach. It reminds me of Ocean City.

Those aren’t gnats, Alice. They’re seagulls — much bigger and much more annoying.

It has character, yeah character.

Oh this is going to be fun…can’t wait to see what else happens! ;-)

Still one of my faviorite strips, the corssection is great.

Pull the chain sticking out of the side of the ceiling fan, Madeline, then try the switches again.

Alice will be able to see the ocean once the tide comes in. That’s why the buildings are on stilts.

Ah, the perfect vacation for a cartoon family.

You may be right, Petey. Better, also, that everyone not go out onto the deck at once, or one side or the other.

These days the sign should read Slipshore!

Does the ceiling fan have a pull chain?

Too many questions for “Slipshod II”! I suspect it’s going to have a nervous breakdown (physical one, too)….
