I left a comment, but since that 3 letter word that suggests crying is also an acronym for “son of a…”, I thought I’d better not leave that comment. Some troll might flag me for it and get me banned. So I’ll say “Boo hoo” instead.
From yesterday’s comments, to robertengle who said, “I’m new to this strip, why is there a hole in the wall?”
First of all, we welcome you as a new reader. If you read the rest of the comments, you may have noticed Marge mentioning us “Graham Crackers”. Just so you know, that’s what we call ourselves – Graham fans – Graham Crackers. Just a fun phrase we have been using for several years now.
I feel his pain. When I was a high school senior I has a crush on our French foreign exchange student. I asked him out to the backwards dance and he said yes. Then he said yes to someone else and I lost out. Crushes are emotionally draining. On the up side, there weren’t any fish heads involved.
As a woman who has had to deal with two stalkers, I am always amazed at how a woman who doesn’t like a man is always viewed as wrong and the sympathy is always with the “poor guy.”
One stalker thankfully never came back after he broke into my home; I guess he realized he had gone too far. The other one was dealt with by two of my male friends, who told him in no uncertain terms what they would do to him if he didn’t stop — although, really, that only happened after he first threatened them to mind their own business, which they took a little more seriously than threats against me and my roommate.
A good friend of mine was murdered by her stalker. He finally severely beat her and put her into a coma, leaving her lying there. Hours later, according to his lawyer in court, he felt bad and went back and “suffered a moment of temporary insanity,” when he strangled her and killed her.
Everyone, including the judge felt sorry for him(!!!!) and gave him a slap on the wrist, assuring him that with good behavior, he could be out of prison in a few months.
What a bummer. :( That fish head isn’t the only thing that stinks. On another note, saw a sparrow, a chipmunk, two spotted towhees, and four robins while out walking today.

Alas, Chesney. But we all knew she loved Woof. And you have to admit, you are no prize!

You send a tin of prime sardines, preferably French, to a classy lady cat. She is out of Chesney’s league.
