Too bad it’s a GMO fish that makes its own plastic. (No, that’s not a thing. I hope).

It reminds me of a restaurant in Dubai. (Samovar – no longer there.) The Lebanese chef prepared fish freshly caught from the gulf. You would eat one side of the fish, then the chef himself would come out and remove the skeleton so you could eat the other half.
