If it’s meant to be Lotan it has one too many heads, if it’s a Hydra one too few. However Orichi and Yugioh are each eight headed.

Across the street, living side by side, are Godzilla, Rodan and Ghidorah. Gamera moved out last week. Mothra wanted a subdivision with more street lamps.

We can’t know for certain from the last panel if Cerberus’ neighbor is a hydra or a multiheaded dragon because we can’t see the creature’s body. It could be eight separate dragons.

For the record, Hercules bested both the Hydra and Cerberus, although only Cerberus survived the encounter (Hercules simply wrestled him into submission).
