The problem with most of these drug commercials, and this is going back for at least 15 years, is that they almost never say what ailment they are for or what they actually treat. I see a commercial for some medication and wonder what it was that medication treated. Some newer commercials are getting better at telling you what they treat, but there are still some that don’t. For those drugs that don’t tell you what they treat, my best guess is that if your doctor has not already prescribed it, you don’t need it.

It seems like over the last couple of years or so, all these medications for all these certain ailments have just come out of the woodwork! I know I’m extremely healthy (by God’s grace), but WOW!! I know everyone’s not in good a shape as me especially at my age, but I think that many Americans should start looking into better health. The Chinese have always been saying how unhealthy our diets are!

I liked it better when they couldn’t advertise prescription drugs and could do cigarettes. The Marlboro commercials had some incredible scenery.
