There’s a couple areas of the brain that ain’t workin’, logic and common sense.

Some times you just need to suck it up, do the job, quickly cash the check and then wash your hands.

As long as it’d not a moral compromise, you can write it off as taking one for the family…..

But I thought Adam was incompetent as a writer. Someone’s willing to pay big bucks for that?

I would have expected his common sens lobe to be much smaller…

Yeah – husband is trying to do something like this to me. We both demonstrate crafts at 18th century reenactment events. He does weaving on a small loom and sells the pieces he weaves.

I do hand embroidery – I started stitching embroidery when I was 5 years old. My rule has always been "I DO NOT SELL MY EMBROIDERY’. He is pushing me to stitch some tiny pieces and sell them – he figures for US$25 each. I keep saying no. Event coming up in 3 weeks and he is pushing me to do pieces for there. To me it is like selling a piece of me. One part of my brain tells me to do a couple of pieces, they won’t sell and he will leave me alone. The other part of my brain says “What if they do sell? You’ll be stuck doing more of them and being miserable.”
