Less than 85 cents a month seems reasonable to me. In general Betty is more financially proactive, but it does get to the point where you want to step back and analyse a bit.
She previously said this was a paid app. There should be a law that prohibits companies from coming back for more money after the agreed upon price has been paid.
Most quality software is rented, not sold. It must be constantly updated to prevent hackers. I would put a link to the Portable Apps web site, but, you know, the censors…

Yesterday Betty said her app was going to cost $10 per year or 0.833333333 per month so it is not the cost. It’s the principal of it.
