That’s pricey for anyone. Baldo’s going to have to go somewhere else. And speaking of unions, who’s the employer? Who are the union members. I always thought of Gracie’s as more of an independent contractor.

Without a minimum time slot that’s $0.82 (rounded to the penny) per minute. Gracie is smart so probably can answer at least one question per minute. I think that’s a bargain. I doubt Baldo (he’s smart too) would have 60 questions a week. Of course every $25 will delay the 64 Impala, especially since there aren’t any $25 parts available.
