I used to leave the gold coloured Sacajawea dollar.

My grandkids get $5! When I asked my granddaughter what she was going to do for money when all of her baby teeth were gone and she couldn’t get visits from the tooth fairy anymore, she said “I don’t know. I guess I’ll just have to get a job.”
