Her tail is like the Energizer battery bunny, it just keeps going and going and going and ……. :D

Mine turned 16 this summer and is deaf, nearly blind, and arthritic. But the tail (and the nose) still work fine. And so does his “someone’s-in-the-kitchen’ sixth sense.

Like old men – the body starts slowing but the tongue keeps wagging, often quicker and won’t stop

I have a 20 y.o. mixed Chihuahua. “Little Mummy” is her new nickname. Most of the days, she seems having absorbed back all her canopic jars, and sucked all vital fluids from her tomb profaners, if you know what I mean ☺

My Aussie Shepherd mix is pushing 12, and is getting a bit creaky around the edges, but he still tries…and his tail works just fine!

We had to put down my 14 year old black lab a week ago today. This comic is spot on. Until her last 2 days, Sophie still had that puppy sparkle in her eyes.

I’m a cat parent. But I have to say, there’s no more loyal friend than a well loved dog.

We don’t know how old Lou is, best guess when we adopted him a almost 4 years ago he was 8 or 9. Makes him 12 to 13 now. vision is starting to go, hearing is still excellent and he’s just as weird and happy as ever.

My rescue jack Russell is 15. We think. She’s still called puppy. They are the best dogs…the precious senior furs
