I doubt that I understood the world being bigger when I was that age. We lived in a small town and I remember thinking that the K-mart in the neighboring town (5 miles away) was so far away.
We’re going to the States next month, so we have to get used to all the different names they use for thing across the pond. Finding it hard to adjust – you know what, I can’t be bothered – they don’t do the opposite when they come here
