The old “Make Room for Daddy” had an episode where a guy kept buying stock that was going up. “The buying public loves it!” Then the stock crashed. “Where’s the buying public?” “Sittin’ here in this chair!”
My life savings tanked, and I knew a couple, recently retired, who had to go back to work. I was checking the tech news and opinion everyday, and the message was buy buy buy, and the hold on hold on, until more than half was wiped out. The Big Tech Crash.
Does anyone know/remember which of Mike & Kim’s business ventures this is? I remember that they had one with a fairly obscure app (no spoilers), and then eVulture, which dealt with the remains of other failed dot-com busts.

Good thing is Chase is only playing with money he can afford to lose.

I think these past two days have been the only time I have seen such extreme facial reactions from Chase.

Like Chase never saw an IPO before? What nonsense. He’d have a collar on it, or be profit-taking on the way up, or something.

Well, he is sitting in front of a slot machine.

Never follow an IPO’s value the first day or the first quarter.

Watching the stock market too closely can cause major anxiety disorders and depression, among other undesirable things.

…and the bubble bursts. So sad. Time to get a real job is suppose. I wonder if the CIA is looking for janitors.

I’m curious… do you login at 12:00AM every night just so you can be the first one to comment? Maybe give others a chance? Just a thought.

This is the first time Chase has actually looked attractive.
