With Baldo glorifying the empanadas, I need to try one. I haven’t had Mexican in a long time and that sounds like a good way to break the rut.

Tia should put limits on how many Baldo can eat…….

For me, it goes the other way!.. I will live the first one of something, then have another that doesn’t quite taste the same, so I will have another to regain the wonderful taste the first had in my mouth… only leaving me wondering why I didn’t stop at one!

Certainly Tia Carmen must appreciate how much Baldo loves her empanadas, which is why she should spend a Saturday teaching him how to make them.

Empanadas can be HIS specialty, and HIS contribution to the family.
