Meh, I’m always in that last group and somehow it doesn’t bother me. As long as I can find a spot for my carry-on, it doesn’t really matter when I get on. It’s the same seat and the same row mates whether I get on early or late. Frankly, the less time I spend in the plane while it’s loading, the better.
While they were boarding those who needed assistance, I turned to the gentleman standing next to me and asked, “What if my handicap is emotional?” He made a face like he’d bit into a lemon, but he was amused.

Dan likes to wait until last to get on a plane, so we don’t have to get up a million times. (We try to get aisle/middle seats)
