When I was a kid, the tooth fairy left a dime for each tooth, and we were happy with it.
My 9 yo has gotten anywhere from $25 to $100 per tooth from his very wealthy tooth fairy.Lot to be said for having your first much later in life than “normal” folks. (54)
I’m still curious about what all those teeth get used for.

Obviously the tooth fairy’s not keeping up with inflation.
