He is in both the 1st and the 3rd panels! In the 1st panel, he is listening intently to Doodles.In the 3rd panel, he faints after hearing Doodle’s joke. But Mr. Wiggly did not faint. It was a brilliant piece of Octing. (the spelling is supposed to sound like some high-fluting person.)
