I heard there was a school board(?) that was giving kids 50s even if they didn’t do the tests at all! Sign them, turn them in, and you pass anyway. Can this be for real? Have our standards (in some places at least) sunk that low? I know kids have a lot to learn these days, but all the more reason they should at least be taught proper spelling and grammar, basic math, and observational science.
