    Who determines what is evil?

Patriotic multinational corporations. They are, after all, immortal.

The Abrahamics have the sole authority to determine what’s good and what’s evil, because their god’s better than your god/gods/philosophy . . . whatever.

Society does, and it is malleable over time and place. What we blanch at was often the norm previously. And what we accept might be looked at as intolerable in the future. There are some commonalities, but even those sometime have exceptions. We might disagree vehemently, be disgusted, even fight against it, etc. but I think Terence said it best:

“I am human, I consider nothing human alien to me.”

(interesting that the censors did not allow the original Latin)

You do, whenever you disagree with me, you are personifying evil.

Just as the Ministry of Truth determines what is true, the Ministry of Love determines what is evil.

1984. A lot of people haven’t read it. And some of those who did read it seem to have taken it to be a “how to” book.

There are differences of opinion, but making death threats to a legislator’s wife because her husband won’t support someone who ignored sex abuse certainly must qualify.

Man’s standards are ever changing. Hitler lived his own truth and a whole nation followed him. Woke standards are just as bad. Only God’s standards never change and I choose to live by them.

Take a look over at what’s been happening in “Phoebe and Her Unicorn” this week, that ought to give some perspective on this whole Evil thing.

Well, that is the problem, isn’t it? We’ve each become our own god.

I was once told I’m the fourth one. Do no evil. I’m very proud of that.
