Reminds me of the time our doxie got up on the kitchen table, knocked a half-bushel bag of popped corn on the floor, then jumped down on it.

If static means holding still, why does static electricty make the styrofoam beads jump up and stick to me ?

those things are very tricky to clean up if the air is dry and static happens. Yes, been there, done that, never mind the t-shirt.

Before you clean up the styrofoam you need to take Eddie to the hospital and have his lungs checked. There’s a treatment for insoluble foreign objects, like styrofoam flakes and silica powder that, when breathed in, can cause respiratory issues and even death from pneumonia like symptoms which are much more severe to small children and especially infants. When inhaled the lungs may fill up with fluid in an effort to remove it but because it doesn’t break down it becomes a chronic health issue and infants lungs are too small to handle this.
