But you have Homeslice, who may not be a substitute for Ginger (successor pets never are) but you seem to like the creature well enough to lavish impressive care and skill on getting the ears right.

14 years old. I am impressed. A good age – mature and yet still active enough to experience SCS – Suden Cat Syndrome (sudden jumping up and running).
