That’s the last assignment you gave him after you fired him, you had him finish out the day to get paid…
If the guy in charge of making the chart did that, then he should be labeled Bonehead. Way too easy to get caught. Maybe some disgruntled employee hacked into the chart-making software (good luck narrowing down that field of suspects).
