I haven’t noticed the latest autoworkers strike. I did in 2019 when I had a C8 on order, 1st was covid shutdown, then strike! Finally got it.

He’s only emphasizing how unnecessary he is, that’s why Executive Chairmen don’t strike!!!

We were once told by management that we weren’t working fast enough and that we were useless – mainly because they wanted things done within daft timescales. I indicated to them that if we all went away, you’d get nothing done at all and everything would turn to a bag of rat poo. If you lot went away, we’d still deliver the product. it may be a little less organised, but it would be done. There were tumbleweeds rolling past management after that statement as they realised the truth of that.

Rodney Dangerfield said that when he left show biz in 1950, he was doing so poorly, that when he quit, he was the only one who knew he quit.

Exactly like the writers strike. Are they still on strike?

If the boss is gone, why show up? You can’t notice anything if you’re not there.
