I would say he’s backed up.

Call roto rooter, that’s the name, to flush your troubles down the drain.

Quick! He needs to go to the hospital!

His bowels are in a jar in the museum.

All he does now is fart dust!!!

Be-guaze are you wound too tight, but your innards are all in a bind!

So if he went, he wouldn’t even know it? I’m not cleaning that up! :)

Well, now, I guess that’s proof-positive that he hasn’t really given a s—t about much, in a very long time.

That would qualify as constipation! Maybe a world record, Doc. Write him up for one of the medical journals!
