    FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS

Hey! It comes! Give thanks! You could have to take your trash to the dump (50 miles away), to the recyclers (where they can’t really recycle more than 10% of all that), and to the composters (who will try to sort out all the crap that isn’t really compostable) and then you can put some of it back onto your fake grass and rock garden. I don’t think I’ll ever see a weekly video of ANY politician actually doing what they think is good for us to do.

We live across the street from a middle school. They come for the dumpsters at 05:30. Our bedroom is in the front of the house………

Yes! Why do they pick up residential garbage at 5AM when all the cars are parked in the street and blocking the cans, and yet do the commercial pickup during the day when all the cars are now running around there??

I liked it better when all three garbage trucks came within a few minutes at 6:00 a.m. Now they are staggered over a couple of hours.

We have noise pollution rules where I live, even the birds aren’t allowed to tweet before 8 am. It doesn’t help for use folks that wake up at noon. I love retirement.
