Americans are easily beguiled.

They have to be from the south part of the country. No one else in the country would wear a Hat, bow tie, and a suit that is so old that it stops at the ankles on vacation and it what universe would a husband and wife wear the same shoes?

When in port overseas, we didn’t have to say a word for others to know we where we were from. Our military haircut said it all.

Well, Andy has his pigeons again.

Nobody in the good ol’ USA wears purple suits.

I’ve lived in the UK (including London), and none of us Yanks will be dressed up like that when we go to a pub. But we might, certainly, buy a round.

People from USA also wear purple suits?

Well, he did do a lot for improving US/British relations. I bet they even invited them to come back tomorrow.

I’m going to side with Andy and the lads on this one.

Tomorrow will be my last day at my temp job. I was informed today. I got a lovely leaving card and some jelly sweets/chocolate. A packet of Haribos, Cadbury’s Twirl Bites and a bar of smooth Galaxy Chocolate.

I’ve had such a great time working there and I’m so sad it’s come to an end. I plan to do some more volunteering to keep myself busy until I find some more paid work. I will keep you all updated. Thank you all so much for your incredible support during my journey ;-)
