it’s not a barking ticket Fred, so it’s not your fault!

This is taking place in Great Britain and the steering wheel in the car is on the left side, like in the U.S. Something’s strange here.

Oh no. Mr. Dear isn’t going to be happy when he comes back out.

Not your fault Fred ! Nothing you can do ;-)

If it was in the US, it’s more likely someone would report Mr. Dear for leaving his dog in his car.

There’s a guy who loves his job just a little too much, based on the evilly satisfied look on his face.

Brace yourself, Fred, for some yelling from Mr. Dear when he sees that ticket. Love the look on the cops face as he’s walking away.

Whoops!

And he put YOUR name on it, Fred. Since you’re in charge.

Fred wasn’t barking, and I do not see a No Barking Zone sign.

Poor Fred thought the cop liked him instead of giving the car a ticket
