Lola, I feel your pain. Some of the modern world is a pain in the caboose.

My old eyes don’t want to scroll through a menu on a phone screen.

I have trouble with QR codes too. I can never figure out if I have scanned them or not.

And now we know that Lola is the parent that is referred to in the Dr. Rick Progressive Insurance commercials.

How about the table’s QR code?

Those pictures will come in handy when you post your Yelp review – as you should – to warn people about the QR menu requirement.

Although there’s some good advice above about using your camera to scan QR codes, no one has addressed what to do if it won’t work. The fix is fairly simple: go into the phone settings, then find the camera settings. In there, look for a “Scan QR Codes” setting. Turn that setting on. Now when you open the camera, it will recognize a QR code, a website link will appear, you tap it and the site opens.
